  Now in Malaysia is the 2026 Moto Morini X-Cape 750, priced at RM38,888 excluding insurance, road tax ad registration. There are three colour options for the X-Cape 700, Stone Black, Vortex Red and Dynamic
  White and a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty against maufacturing defects comes with every purchase.

  Motive power for the X-Cape 700 comes from a two-cylinder liquid-cooled mill displacing 693 cc and producing 73.75 hp at 8,500 rpm with 687 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. Power goes to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox with FCC slipper clutch and chain final drive.

  

  

  Suspension uses Marzocchi adjustable upside-down forks in front and an adjustable KYB monoshock in the rear. Suspension travel measures 165 mm in front and 160 mm at the back, with a ground clearance of 190 mm.

  Braking is done by Brembo with twin 298 mm diameter floating discs with four-piston callipers on the front wheel, while a single two-piston calliper and 255 mm diameter disc stops the rear wheel, while two-channel ABS is standard equipment. The X-Cape 700 comes with spoked wheels measuring 19-inches and 17-inches, front and rear respectively, wearing 110/90 and 150/70 tyres.

  

  Riding information in displayed on a seven-inch TFT-LCD display, featuring Bluetooth connectivity to the rider’s smart phone, with USB Type A and Type C charging ports provided. The electric riding aids include traction control, selectable riding modes and tyre pressure monitoring.

  As part of the purchase package, the X-Cape 700 comes with luggage comprising of two panniers and a top box, as well as hand guards and crash bars. The X-Cape 700 weighs in at 233 kg, with an 18-litre fuel tank, while seat height is set at 840 mm.

• Honda shows Super Four E-clutch concept in Tokyo

  Set to debut at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show is the Honda CB400 Super Four E-Clutch Concept. It will be joined by the full-fairing CBR400R Super Four E-Clutch Concept.

  The CB400 Super Four has a vaunted reputation in Malaysia, dating back to the 1990s. For 2026, the CB400 Super Four comes with an all-new chassis and suspension, combined with Honda’s E-Clutch, as well as a new 16-valve, DOHC, inline-four cylinder engine.

  Aside from the E-Clutch, the CB400 comes with a TFT-LCD, replacing the previous monochrome LCD screen, as well as throttle-by-wire. The international introduction of the CB400 Super Four E-Clutch Concept and the CBR400R Super Four E-Clutch will happen at the 53rd Tokyo Motorcycle Show 2026 on March 27 to 29 and the 5th Nagoya Motorcycle Show on April 10 and 11.

• 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 updated – now with adjustable Showa forks, Triumph quickshifter

  Updates for the 2026 Triumph Daytona 66 sportsbike, with market release in Europe expected in April. Also new is three design schemes featuring Diablo Red accents and bold graphics, as well as an aluminium alloy brake pedal.

  In the engine room, the Daytona 660 is powered by 660 cc triple engine, with 95 PS at 11,250rpm and 69 Nm of torque at 8,250rpm. while redline is set at 12,650rpm.

  

  

  Triumph unveils key updates to the Daytona 660, enhancing its sporty specification and introducing new bolder styling. Now standard equipment, the Triumph Shift Assist up-and-down quickshifter and six-speed gearbox sends power to the rear wheel via chain final drive.

  There are three riding modes – Sport, Road and Rain – and switchable traction control allows the rider to fine tune the Daytona 660’s performance to suit road conditions and riding capability. Riding information is displayed on a TFT-LCD screen with optional My Triumph Connectivity connectivity to the rider’s smartphone, allowing for turn‑by‑turn navigation, music and call control on-screen.

  

  New is Showa 41 mm diameter upside‑down big piston Separate Function Forks (SFF), with adjustable preload and rebound, paired with a preload-adjustable monoshock at the back. Braking is done with Triumph brand four‑piston radial calippers acting on twin 310 mm discs in front discs, with two-channel Continental ABS as standard.

  There are three colour options for the Daytona 660 in 2026 – Aluminium Silver/Sapphire Black, Cosmic Yellow and Sapphire Black. • 2026 Ducati Monster comes in new Sport Livery

  Joining the Ducati Monster lineup is the 2026 Ducati Monster Sport Livery, alongside the current base model Monster and the Monster Plus. The Monster Sport Livery features a combination of Grey with Racing Red on the wheels, drawing inspiration from the Monster S4 from two decades ago.

  The new colour scheme is complemented by details on the seat, flyscreen, tail section and fuel tank, giving the Monster Sport Livery a sporty and elegant look. The Sport Livery is also available for the Monster Plus, adding a front fairing and passenger seat cover.

  In a first for the Monster series, optional cruise control can now be added, which, in combination with the four riding modes, will make ay journey more comfortable. The electric riding aids include DTC (Ducati Traction Control), DWC (Ducati Wheelie Control), EBC (Engine Brake Control), and ABS Cornering, as well as Ducati Power Launch for MotoGP style starts.

  

  The Monster’s V-twin is owned by Euro 5+ compliant, producing 111 hp at 9,000 rpm and 91.1 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm, with 80% of peak torque available between 4,000 and 10,000 rpm. The engine with variable intake valve timing and the lightest two-cylinder ever made by Ducati, only needs a valve clearance check every 45,000 km.

  Riding information is displayed on a five-inch TFT-LCD display, ready for the Ducati Multimedia System to be fitted that allows for turn-by-turn navigation on-screen. • MForce issues recall for QJMotor AX200S in Malaysia

  A recall notice has been issued by MForce Bike Holdings for the QJMotor AX200S scooter in Malaysia. The recall is for a muffler replacement, the currently supplied muffler being replaced by a unit with better durability and performance.

  Owners of affected AX200S scooters are advised to contact or visit the auhrotised QJMotor dealer where they purchased their vehicle. The muffler replacement process will be conducted free of charge, covering both the cost
  of parts and labour, and is estimated to affect between 15,000 to 17,000 units.

  

  Customers may also check the status of their specific AX200S through the official recall portal at: https://productrecall.mforceservice.my/. This recall is part of MForce Bike Holdings’ initiative to be proactive on quality improvement, in line with the company’s commitment to providing the highest levels of safety, reliability and after-sales support to its customers.

  The upgraded muffler is incorporated in all new production units of the AX200S beginning March, ensuring that these

• 2026 KTNS TT Classic 150 for Malaysia, RM6,888

  A retro scrambler from MForce Bike Holdings in Malaysia, the 2026 KTNS TT Classic 150, priced at RM6,888. Pricing does not include road tax, insurance or registration and there are three colour schemes offered – Dark Gold, Matt Black dan Matt Grey – blog with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against maufacturing defects.

  Power for the TT Classic 150 comes from an air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke mill, fed by EFI and displacing 150 cc. With 10.6 hp and 11.5 Nm of torque, the TT Classic gets power to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox and chain final drive.

  The TT Classic 150 rolls on spoked wheels, an 18-inch hoop in front and a 17-inch unit at the back, wearing 110/90 and 120/70 tyres, front and rear, respectively. Front suspension uses telescopic forks while the rear get gets a preload-adjustable monoshock.

  

  

  

  

  Braking is done with single hydraulic brake discs front and back, while ABS is omitted from the specifications sheet. Riding information is displayed on a LCD instrument panel, including read-outs for gear position and fuel.

  LED lighting is used throughout while engine guards are standard equipment. • 2026 Wmoto NX150S scooter in Malaysia, RM6,688

  More competition in Malaysia’s scooter market with the entry of the 2026 WMoto NX150S, priced at RM6,688. Pricing does not include road tax, insurance or registration and there are three colour options – Grind Green, Glacier Green and Lava Brown.

  The NX150S gets a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine displacing 149.6 cc and fed by EFI. Power goes to the rear wheel via CVT transmission and belt drive, with the engine producing 15.8 hp at 8.500 rpm and 14.7 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.

  Despite its budget friendly price, the NCX150S comes loaded with features such as LED lighting throughout, smart key system, two USB charging sockets and LCD digital display. In terms of safety aids, the NX150S is fitted with two-channel ABS as well as traction control.

  

  Rolling on 13-inch alloy rims fitted with 130/70 tyres front and rear, the NX150S comes with single hydraulic disc brakes. Suspension is doe with telescopic forks in front and twin preload-adjustable shock absorbers at the back.

  For riding convenience, a 19-litre storage compartment is found under the seat, with two storage compartments found inside the front cowl, while a luggage rack is ready to be fitted with a top box and mounting plate. • Transport ministry open to motorcycle scrappage scheme, but only with local industry support – Loke

  The ministry of transport is willing to offer incentives for the disposal of old motorcycles, however the initiative can only proceed with cooperation by local motorcycle manufacturers, reported Bernama.

  This would require active participation from the motorcycle industry, similar to the grant programme to scrap old vehicles where old vehicle disposal initiatives by local carmakers Proton and Perodua would be joined by a matching grant from the government, said transport minister Anthony Loke.

  “So far, there is no incentive for the disposal of old motorcycles. I recently received a letter from the Malaysian Motorcycle and Scooter Association, but manufacturers themselves need to take the initiative. We introduced programmes for old cars because there were initiatives from manufacturers,” Loke said.

  “If manufacturers come forward, the condition is that the vehicles must be locally assembled (CKD); imported vehicles will not be included. Assistance is only given to local manufacturing companies,” the transport minister said, adding that the ministry is open to discussions if local manufacturers show interest.

  The statement by Loke was in response to calls for a motorcycle disposal programme similar to that of the government’s offer of a matching grant of up to RM4,000 for the scrapping of cars over 20 years old, towards their replacement with newer, safer and more energy-efficient vehicles from Malaysia’s national carmakers.

• 2026 Yamaha Tricity 300 scooter for Europe – three wheels, standing assist, foot brake and airbag

  New for 2026 in Europe is the Yamaha Tricity 300 three-wheel scooter, priced at the equivalent of RM45,863 in the United Kingdom. With two front wheels and one in the rear, the Tricity also comes with Yamaha’s Leaning Multi Wheel (LMW) chassis, where the front wheels lean in relation to the scooter, much like a normal motorcycle.

  The Tricity also comes with Standing Assist, helping the Tricity 300 to remain upright at a standstill by locking the leaning movement of the front wheels. Increasing safety on the Tricity 300 is an airbag and other riding aids include traction control.

  Designed for the commuter, the Tricity 300 is powered by liquid-cooled, four-valve, single-cylinder engine displacing 292 cc. Power is claimed to be 27.6 hp at 7,250 rpm, with a maximum torque of 28.9 Nm at 5,750 rpm, going through a CVT gearbox and belt final drive to the rear wheel.

  

  

  

  

  Front suspension uses double telescopic forks, with steering done via a series of linkages, while the rear gets twin shock absorbers adjustable for spring preload. Braking for the Tricity 300 is with twin hydraulic discs in front and and a single disc in the back, using 267 mm diameter discs, with cornering three-channel ABS as standard equipment.

  Additionally, the Tricity 300 also comes with a foot brake and parking brake. The foot brake, located on the right side floorboard, automatically equalises braking force to the front and rear wheel for smooth braking, while the parking brake is activated using a ratcheting lever on the handlebar.

  

  Riding information is displayed on a 2.8-inch LCD screen featuring Garmin Navigation and smartphone connectivity using Yamaha’s MyRide app. Riding conveniences include smart key, a large storage space under the seat for two full-face helmets with courtesy light and LED lighting throughout, including a new design triple LED DRL.

  Extending riding range in the Tricity 300 is its 13-litre tank, while weight is listed at 239 kg. • Is the Italjet Dragster 700 Twin coming to Malaysia?

  It looks like the super scooter segment in Malaysia will see another entry, the Italjet Dragster 700 Twin. From information received, the Dragster 700 Twin will likely make its appearance in the local market towards the end of the year, with current models currently the Italjet Dragster 200 (RM25,800 after rebate) and Dragster 300 (RM39,800).

  A sports bike in scooter clothing, the Dragster comes with a liquid-cooled V-twin engine displacing 698 cc. Power is rated at 68 hp at 8,500 rpm, with a listed maximum speed of 190 km/h. while engine power goes through a conventional one-down, five-up, six-speed gearbox and chain final drive to the rear wheel.

  Brembo supplies the braking for the Dragster 700, with twin four-piston callipers on the front wheel clamping two 270 mm diameter discs and a calliper at the rear acting on a single 260 mm disc, with two-channel ABS as standard equipment. Front suspension is done with upside-down Marzocchi forks, while the rear gets a Marzocchi monoshock, adjustable for preload and height.

  

  Wheel sizing is 15-inches, fitted with 120/70 and 160/60 tyres, front and rear, respectively. Fuel tank capacity is 16-litres, while weight of the Dragster 700 is claimed to be 190 kg.

• 2026 Honda Rebel 500 Malaysia new colour, RM33.8k

  A colour update for the 2026 Honda Rebel 500 cruiser in Malaysia, with recommended retail pricing remaining unchanged from 2025 at RM33,899. The new colour option is Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic, while there are no other changes in the mechanical specifications for the Rebel 500.

  The power plant for the Rebel 500 is a liquid-cooled parallel-twin displacing 471 cc, fed by PGM-Fi and mated to a six-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch. The two-cylinder mill puts out 45.59 hp at 8,500 rpm and 43.3 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm and is tuned for more torque lower down the rpm range.

  Non-adjustable telescopic forks hold up front end while a pair of Showa shock absorbers with nitrogen reservoirs at the back are adjustable for preload. Braking uses a single hydraulic disc on the front and rear wheels while two-channel ABS is standard equipment.

  

  The Rebel 500 rolls on 16-inch wheels front and rear, wearing 130/90 and 150/80 tyres, front and rear, respectively. Seat height for the Rebel 500 is a rider friendly 690 mm, and weight is listed at 190 kg with 11.2-liters of fuel carried in the tank.

  LED lighting is used throughout on the Rebel 500, and riding information is displayed on a 100 mm diamater round LCD negative backlight display with key information including speed, gear position indicator, and fuel consumption. Availability of the Rebel 500 at authorised Boon Siew Honda Malaysia dealers is from the end of March.

• New chrome styling options for 2026 Harley-Davidson Lowrider S, Road Glide 3; Road Glide gets solo seat

  For 2026, the Harley-Davidson (H-D) Lowrider S and Road Glide 3 see the return of chrome styling while the Road Glide now gets a single seat option. In response to customer demand, H-D has made available a chrome trim option for the Lowrider S and Road Glide 3 trike.

  The chrome option features brilliant chrome on the powertrain and exhaust and other trim details, and bright machined details on the cast aluminum wheels. Chrome is seeing something of a comeback in the cruiser market, after years of customers wanting blacked out engines and exhausts on their H-Ds.

  For the Lowrider S, this takes the form of chrome exhausts, as well as chrome trim on the rear fender and chrome rocker heads. The Lowrider S comes with the Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output V-twin, with Heavy Breather intake and performance-tuned 2-into-1 chrome exhaust.

  

  

  The Road Glide 3, with its trike (three-wheeler) configuration, also gets the chrome trim package, similar to the Lowrider S. With the Milwaukee-Eight VVT 117 providing power, the Road Glide 3 gets an aerodynamic fairing with all-LED lighting, touchscreen infotainment powered by Skyline OS and selectable ride modes.

  Meanwhile, the Road Glide touring cruiser now comes with a Low Profile solo seat in 2026, replacing the standard two-up touring seat. The Road Glide solo seat option is available in Dark Billiard Gray paint with chrome trim ad chrome exhausts.

• Four-year manufacturer warranty for KTM motorcycles

  A four-year manufacturer’s warranty is now available for KTM motorcycles from model year 2025 onwards. The four-year Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty is applicable for all street-legal KTM motorcycles, regardless of engine displacement.

  The warranty specifically excludes track-only and closed course competition KTM motorcycles. Warranty coverage is conditional upon required services being carried out in accordance with the motorcycle’s official service plan by an authorised KTM dealer.

  A check with the authorised KTM distributer for Malaysia, Eurowheels, confirmed the KTM Premium Maufacturer’s Warranty is applicable as a worldwide warranty. “By simply following the recommended service plan, riders can rely on comprehensive coverage in the event of any issue. The expansion underlines KTM’s confidence across its entire street range,” said Spela Kovacic, KTM vice-president of Global Customer Service.

• 2026 Vespa 946 Horse celebrates the Year of the Horse

  Another commemorative edition from Vespa, this time the 2026 Vespa 946 Horse. Celebrating the Chinese Year of the Horse, the 946 Horse is the latest in a series of such scooters from Vespa.

  Previous editions have included the Rabbit, Dragon and Snake, with a limited production run and eye watering price tag approaching RM100,000. Vespa has not said how many 946 Horse scooters will be made, but expect to be I some multiple ending with ’88’.

  

  

  

  

  For the 946 Horse, there will be two versions, the 125 and the 150, based on the current Sprint scooters. In the case of the 946 Horse 150, the version most likely to be sold in Malaysia if it comes in, a 155 cc, single-cylinder, three-valve air-cooled mill produces 12.7 hp at 7,750 rpm and 12.8 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.

  The 946 Horse comes with its own unique Vespa body shell, a single seater with “floating seat”, emblazoned with a gold “V” for Vespa logo. Finished in a shade Vespa calls “Bay”, the 946 Horse is finished in a dark shade of brown, with metallic undertones.

  

  A parcel grid finished in matte black powder coat is placed where the rear seat would be on a Vespa, with all trim ad panels accented in black. The 946 Horse comes with its own unique accessories, including an edition specific helmet and rear luggage bag.

  Other special touches to the 946 Horse include a brown leather seat with copper metal buttons and a buckle. • 2026 MV Agusta Enduro Veloce released, RM91.1k

  Coming into the “travel enduro” motorcycle category is the 2026 MV Agusta Enduro Veloce, priced at 19,900 euro (RM91,118) in Italy. Coming with premium components, advanced electronics, and a comprehensive equipment package as standard equipment, the Enduro Veloce is available in two colour schemes – Nero Intenso/Grigio Antracite and Bianco Perlato RC/Blu Nordico.

  Eschewing the usual market approach of offering a “bare bones” bike which the customer then has to load with accessory packages at extra cost, MV Agusta decided to offer a fully loaded motorcycle from the start. This means every key feature is fully integrated and factory-installed, with no further add-ons required.

  The Enduro Veloce comes with an extensive electronic riding aid suite, including a six-axis inertial management unit (IMU) with cornering ABS, four ride modes including a custom mode, eight traction control modes plus an “off” mode” and up-and-down quickshifter.

  

  Also included is wheelie control, engine braking control, adjustable engine response, three levels of throttle sensitivity, three engine maps – Low, Medium and High – RPM limiter and cruise control. The list of standard equipment includes aluminium panniers with mounting frame, crash bars, fog lights and center stand.

  Power for the Enduro Veloce comes from MV Agusta’s inline three-cylinder mill, displacing 931 cc, producing 124 heat 10,000 rpm with 102 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. Fully-adjustable Sachs front forks are fitted, while the rear gets a fully-adjustable monoshock, with 210 mm of suspension travel at both ends.

  

  The Enduro Veloce rolls on 21-inch front and 18-inch spoked wheels and twin Brembo Stylema four-piston monobloc callipers are fitted to the front wheel, clamping 320 mm discs. Weight for the Enduro Veloce is listed at 235 kg (dry) and 250 kg fully fuelled, with 20-litres in the fuel tank while seat height is adjustable between 850 mm and 870 mm.

  Riding information is displayed on a seven-inch TFT-LCD display, with connectivity to the rider’s smartphone using the MV Agusta Ride App, as well as on-screen navigation display, as well as anti-theft functionality.
