Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is a masterpiece that surpasses its predecessor in every way. With deep, immersive systems and a strong dedication to realism—while still remaining accessible—the game delivers an unforgettable gaming experience. Its meticulous historical detail, outstanding technical execution, and vast amount of content make it a standout title. For RPG fans, this is an absolute must-play.
Wow. Just... Wow. That was my feeling when I hit the credits roll after just over 150 hours. I really lost myself in the game world (which is actually relatively accurate to the real world with its locations and layout, as was the first game) at times. More so than any other game I've played in many years, I found myself committed to finally seeing to the main objective the first game left unfinished. It was hard for me to even pull myself away for other things when I needed to. I was thinking about little else from start to finish.
Such a masterpiece game. The details, the immersion, and the real factual and degrees of difficulty in defeating or killing a person, wearing a knight armor or in a peasant clothes, is very well depicted. I had plenty of joy and excitement playing this game. At one point even i have to force myself to do main quest because i spent so much time on the side quest, i was close to max level, with only like 1/4 of the main story completed. Really, really enjoyable. And yes, this is one of 2 games that get the badass approval from Angry Joe this year, and it is very well worth your 100 hours.
excellent jeu en tout point graphiquement et techniquement impeccable gamplay plaisant ost et doublage de qualité bonne durée de vie et scénario intéressant
The world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is so addictively immersive that it can completely disrupt your everyday life. The adventure of stepping into the shoes of the humble yet heroic Henry as you navigate a realistic medieval world will appeal not only to medieval enthusiasts but also to RPG fans.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2's many robust gameplay mechanics, stunning open world, and brilliant writing come together to create one of the most immersive, rewarding, and deeply memorable RPG experiences of modern times.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 isn't a game that should attract every kind of player, but even though you might have avoided the first part for whatever reason, you definitely should give the sequel a chance. It is a much more spectacular, bigger in every way mega-game that stands out from its peers.
If the first opus was as much about Henry's youth as Warhorse Studios', Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is in many ways a game of maturity for both of them. This sequel is indeed more accomplished in many areas, such as its fascinating story thanks to an excellent writing, its better-refined technical and artistic aspects, or its impressive immersion in a realistic Middle Age. If you loved the first game, you are certainly going to enjoy this one. For newcomers, however, you will have a bit of a hard time at the beginning in order to fully appreciate the great strengths of this “historical” open-world RPG, truly unique in its category, even if a little too familiar compared to its big brother.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is a game that unabashedly demands you meet it on its level, which I do find somewhat admirable. I just constantly found it to be a miserable slog to engage with, where everything was ten times more overblown than it had any business being. There’s a fascinating sandbox deep down within it, but digging through the mountain of muck to appreciate it was simply more than I could stand most of the time.
KCD II gave us The best sequal we can ask for. when it first released i was worried if they can improve , because the first game had alot of issues in gameplay , exploring and graphics but it certainly delivered.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is exactly what developers wanted, but lacked budget and time to do **** glaze period is over. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a massive success. The game is a solid entry to RPG genre, and hopefully a closure to “Deliverance” part of the title. Warhorse has now the power to either continue the story of Henry, or let him rest, and focus on another interesting period in rich story of Bohemia.I spent over 100 hours in Henry’s shoes and I came to the conclusion that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is a good videogame elevated by thorough research, attention to detail, and consistent writing.
Visuals: Characters 6/10, World 8/10Gameplay: Combat 4/10, Crafting 4/10Not for me.I gave it around six hours, but a lot of that was spent stuck in the extended intro, where you’re mostly just following along. Visually, the world is lovely — rolling hills, dense forests, and authentic medieval architecture. Exploring it was genuinely enjoyable. But it doesn’t quite hit AAA quality, especially with some noticeable graphic glitches. The characters themselves look a bit dated, and the weirdest moment was talking to the innkeeper, whose voice literally changes halfway through the conversation. Completely broke any sense of immersion.Once you’re finally let off the leash, the starting town feels strangely empty and quickly pushes you out into the open world. That’s fine — the world is the best part — but you’ll quickly realise your character is painfully weak. I stumbled across some bandits and got flattened. Combat is slow and awkward, and even after going to the trainer, I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to do the combos. The game bizarrely gives you a proper explanation after you’ve already done it?I then tried the blacksmithing, but the horseshoe simulation just tipped me over the edge. I get realism, but this was more fiddly than fun.Uninstalled.
I really wanted to like this game—but it just doesn’t deliver.Right from the start, the controls are a mess. They’re clunky, unresponsive, and often just don’t make sense. Add in frequent glitches, and it feels like you’re fighting the game more than actually playing it.There’s no normal save system either, which is baffling. I lost progress more than once and had to redo long sections. It honestly felt like a waste of **** main character doesn’t help. They’re just not interesting or likable, and it’s hard to care about what’s happening when you’re stuck with someone you don’t connect with.Visually, the game looks like it’s a few years behind where it should be. Not terrible, but definitely not great either—especially considering today’s **** biggest shame is that there are glimpses of a better game underneath all the mess. It had potential, but it never quite gets there. Disappointing
