And how do you like this book? I've been looking at it for a long time...
Now start reading "Pilgrim at Tinker Creek" by Annie Dillard. This is a beautiful nature writing book that captures the wonder and spirituality of the natural world, particularly during the springtime. Just in time

It's hauntingly well-written, but quite depressing. Vietnam did not have a good century.
Honestly, the "depressing" characterization from many people I've asked has always held me back from reading it. But for some reason, it always seemed like this work was necessary to read...
