I’m looking for some advice on getting a cell phone repaired.
My phone (a Samsung Galaxy S21) recently took a fall, and now the screen is cracked and unresponsive in spots.
I’ve seen a few local shops offering repairs, but I’m not sure how to judge who’s reliable or if it’s better to go through the manufacturer.
Has anyone here had good or bad experiences with third-party repair services?
Also, is it worth fixing or should I just consider upgrading? Any input or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
