Migrated Surface Hub 3 doesn't log on
I have installed a Surface Hub 3 (updated with compute cartridge) using Autopilot and followed the guide to Teams auto-login (Deploy Surface Hub with Windows Autopilot & Teams Rooms Auto-login - Surface Hub | Microsoft Learn) but the device doesn't (apparently) retrieve the user from the Teams Pro Management Portal and doesn't auto-login. I don't have any Intune configuration that prevents local login (only Defender configuration). Any suggestions on how to get auto-login working properly?? /Kenneth MLSolved1KViews0likes2CommentsHelp Surface Hub 3 Smart Cam Auto-frame
Hi Everyone, I am new to the Tech Community and I'm reaching out to seek some insights regarding an issue we've encountered with the Surface Hub 3 Smart Cam. We've noticed that when using the camera in MTR mode, the auto-focus feature seems to be disabled. This has been somewhat puzzling as it works as intended in W11 mode. We've already tried rebooting and resetting the Hub but the issue persists. Thank you in advance for your help.SolvedAndrea_RagadiniApr 16, 2024Copper Contributor2KViews0likes8CommentsShare desktop with Miracast (Win + K) on Surface Hub 3 with new Teams Rooms on Windows Platform
We just installed a new Surface Hub 3. Everything is fine and looks great, however Win + K seems not to be working. The Surface Hub does not appear in the list of devices where I can share to. I can share my desktop using Teams -> Settings -> Cast, but that's way too many clicks. Is it possible to enable Win + K sharing?SolvedKirilJan 08, 2024Steel Contributor8.2KViews0likes9CommentsCan the Original Surface Hub use the Teams Rooms Pro License?
Hello, The company I just joined has an original Surface Hub that can no longer use Teams due to the license change. I don't see the original Surface Hub listed in the Teams Rooms certified devices, so I assume the original Surface Hub has to use the Teams Rooms Pro license. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?SolvedmaasonNov 27, 2023Copper Contributor937Views0likes1Comment85" surface hub 2s - Teams wont sign in - Caa20003 error .. not account related

Hi all, hope this doesn't sound like too stupid a question but... We have several Surface Hub 2S devices at both 85" and 50". On one of the 50" devices, there is a percentage indication for the battery life (don't have this on the 80" as they have to be plugged in). None of the other 50"s have this switched on and I can't figure out how to enable it on any of the others. I've been through all the options I think but it just doesn't seem to be there anywhere. Very grateful for any help in switching this on. Thanks, MikeSolvedMcGowanM616Jan 30, 2023Copper Contributor2.5KViews0likes6CommentsConnecting 2x Surface Hub 2s together

Is there a way to configure Teams Mode 2 on the Surface Hubs with the provisioning package that has been created from Windows Configuration Designer? I'm trying to join to Azure AD and auto-enroll into Intune for central management, and would like to make sure Teams Mode 2 (aka Teams only mode) is configured and local hands that are setting up the device don't have to go in and add another provisioning package after it's been provisioned.SolvedGreg_ASep 23, 2022Iron Contributor1.6KViews0likes4CommentsSurface Hub multiple logins
All of a sudden when we sign into our Surface Hubs to see our meetings and files, it's going through multiple logins. Our Surface Hubs are Azure AD Joined. When we go to sign in, it takes us through our federation provider, signs us in and says it is registering the device. Now, all of a sudden, it loops and asks us to do that a second time. Same process where it says it is registering the device to Intune. I've even had someone tell me when they launched a document, it prompted for a third sign-in. I have not been able to reproduce that, but I can do the double sign-in every time. Can't say the last time it worked as expected since everyone has been mostly out of the office for the last year or more. Anybody else ever seen that? I don't see anything strange in the Azure sign-in logs.Solvedtk093Nov 15, 2021Iron Contributor2KViews0likes3CommentsSurface Hub has two Teams Clients
Hi erveryone, I'm just a bit confused about the experience with the new Teams for Surface Hub client. If I have a look on the installed app section I can see two Teams clients. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams for Surface Hub. Can anyone confirm that's the way it works? I checked that KB5004196, KB5004198, and KB5004199 are installed so MS requirements are fullfilled. And as I understood I thought that Teams for Surface Hub client will replace previous version. Looking forward for some feedback. Thanks.SolvedSebastian BraunNov 05, 2021Copper Contributor1.4KViews0likes2Comments
