I tried accessing the Sandbox for the MS Certification Exam PL-900 and I'm not sure how to practice in that sandbox nor am I sure if I'm accessing it correctly. Not sure how to proceed. In the sandbox instructions they talk about doing things with Azure (not familiar with direct use and it's not in the PL-900 training). If I access it with the gmail account I made for the certification process I get an error saying: "An error occured when trying to fetch resources. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: Token validation failed. A passthrough token was detected without proper resource provider context - request correlation identifier '4bb88099-7e1b-4d35-ae9b-bbb24b9d0cde' (Code: PassthroughTokenValidationFailed)" HOWEVER if I use my work account (and I don't think I should have to) I get this error: "An error occured when trying to fetch resources. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: Please provide below info when asking for support: timestamp = 2025-07-31T14:26:53.3890981Z, correlationId = 256ec563-5baf-48b5-a0ed-93b3d71ba199. (Code: AccessDenied) Access is denied to the requested resource. The user might not have enough permission. (Code: AccessDenied) Try refreshing the page. Your resources aren't affected by the issue, we're just having trouble showing this view right now. To see a list of resources, select Simplified View." AND WHEN I CLICK ON SIMPLIFIED VIEW (this is from my work account) I get the Welcome to Azure screen with 3 options, Start with a free trial, Manage Microsoft Entra ID (which I can view or learn more) and Azure for Students. AGAIN Not sure what to do here.19Views0likes0Comments✨ An AI Toolbox for Trainers

Hi Community, How do I add two personal account to microsoft learn portal which would allow me to see all my certification in one place. I have done my Microsoft certification using two different personal accounts. When I try to do it, I get an error "You can only have one personal account linked". Can someone advise or point me to the right direction how to approach Microsoft to help me resolve this issue. Regards36Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Learning Rooms Weekly Round up

Calling all Exchange and Microsoft 365 experts! I am investigating why two messages (received by the same recipient) sent from the same sender, domain, IP, and infrastructure received different Spam Confidence Level (SCL) scores from Microsoft’s cloud filtering layer (Exchange Online Protection). Message 1 (SCL 1): Delivered to Inbox Message 2 (SCL 5): Routed to Junk Both messages: Passed SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and CompAuth Had identical spam rule triggers and phishing scores Used the same HELO/EHLO and PTR records The only differences were: Slightly different routing paths and engine codes Subtle differences in message body content Question: What specific factors or heuristics in Microsoft’s cloud filtering layer could cause a change in SCL scoring for messages that appear nearly identical in infrastructure and authentication? Any insights into how SCL scoring is dynamically influenced would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance to whoever can shed some insight into this!!! Maxim P.S. headers can be provided, if that helps.48Views1like0CommentsMicrosoft Learning Rooms have moved to Tech Community!

I failed my SC-300 exam with Pearson VUE on July 6th. I prepared myself with the official training course on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/courses/sc-300t00 There's a practice available on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/identity-and-access-administrator/?practice-assessment-type=certification where it says that this test will "provide you with an overview of the style, wording, and difficulty of the questions you're likely to experience on the exam" Therefore, I was confident going into the test with a 96% score on the practice assessments. I did about 4 or 5 runs to be sure I was able to pass different sets of questions. Once into the exam, I was shocked it didn't include none of the questions of the practice assessment. Furthermore, the question's subjects were very different from the training course. There's a huge discrepancy between the training course / practice assessment and the real exam. Now I'm trying to find the updated documentation and practice assessment, so I can have a better chance next time. Any help would be much appreciated. English is not my first language, I apologize for any grammar mistakes.146Views1like1Comment🎓 Microsoft MCTs – Looking for fresh ideas to drive engagement in your sessions?

Hi all, I wanted to quickly to write to show how I thought about building a system based on Azure to allow my blogsite to answer questions about a blog post that a reader may suddenly have in their mind while reading through the post to extend learning. The basic flow is: -User loads a blog post -On load, the page populates 3 buttons a third of the way in the page, each with randomly AI generated questions related to the page that a reader might ask about the page content -On clicking a button, the question is answered through voice, with the answer being 'just' enough to answer the question without being over-bearing (at least that's my feeling!) The architecture is constructed as the following: I wrote in full on how I did this for my blog here : https://www.imaginarium.dev/voice-ai-for-blog/ I wanted to perhaps hear on if I was missing anything here on the design, security considerations particularly on the Azure side? Any ways to improve on the AI Voice implementation? I'm using the Azure OpenAI neural voices at the moment. Gemini voices lately are really good too!! I even thought about using a custom neural voice of my own but I ran into issues when trying to do that within Azure due to not having an enterprise subscription readily available to be allowed this capability. Thoughts?59Views0likes0CommentsPrioritize Your Pipeline to Sell More with Less Effort
