Just purchased with all dlc, installed game, start the game get the splash screen then nothing but a black display, i have restarted the system make sure all drivers updated, time for a refund ?

So, got the game on sale. Pretty good so far for the price. But oh my god is the rubberbanding sometimes insane. Currently tried to race the boss of Western Sierra, and his 86 is not only super nimble, he also gets insane rubberbanding boosts. If I race normally, he undercuts me, if I cut the corner as hard as I can going on the grass, he CUTS ME OFF EVEN HARDER FROM THE INSIDE, like he is driving suddenly with offroad tires and no grip penalty on grass.
