Add RATIO character (U+2236) #342
Description
The RATIO symbol ∶ (U+2236) is used for displaying time in GNOME, Windows and possibly other environments. This results in odd spacing or missing characters when the font is used as system font. It would be nice to see this character added to the Roboto font family.
