Fails WP:GNG, sourced only to a personal website. To be clear, this article is about the concept of separating one particular abstraction layer from another. This is not the same as an article like Transport layer which describes the abstraction layer itself. The sources I could find about "connectivity abstraction" also use the term to describe the abstraction layer itself, not the separation of layers. (proposed by Helpful Raccoon)
