Malaysian fuel prices December 4-10, 2025 – RON95 up 3 sen to RM2.66/litre; RON97 up 3 sen to RM3.29/litre

It is Wednesday, which means that the time has come once again for the ministry of finance to announce the retail prices of fuels for the coming week of December 4 to 10, 2025.

The price of unsubsidised RON 95 petrol takes a three sen hike to RM2.66 per litre, up from RM2.63 per litre last week, with the same hike for RON 97 petrol, which goes to RM3.29 per litre for the coming week.

RON 95 petrol, under the Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) scheme continues unchanged at RM1.99 per litre. Malaysians with a valid driving licence and who are eligible for the Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) programme continue to get to purchase RON 95 petrol at the subsidised rate of RM1.99 per litre, at a monthly quota of 300 litres.

Diesel fuels of the Euro 5 B10 and B20 blends remain unchanged at RM3.08 per litre in the coming week, which means that pricing for the Euro 5 B7 blend, at 20 sen more per litre, also stay unchanged at RM3.28 per litre. The retail price of diesel fuels in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan continues unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.

These prices take effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday, December 10, 2025, when the next set of fuel price updates are announced. This is the 49th edition of the weekly fuel pricing format for this year, and the 360th in total since the format was introduced at the start of 2019.

I do hope this will continue and reduce overall fuel subsidy. This far I say it is well done.. syabas. Budi95 will remain as is until price movement change at higher quantum. That’s fine. So Budi95 not really fixed forever but aligned with world fuel price minus regular spikes

if you are buying RON95 at unsubsidised RM2.66 per litre, that means you are not really rakyat Malaysia because you don’t have genuine MyKad & driving licence.

Not all Malaysians are willing to trade their identity info for subsidies that they should deserve to get without any strings attached. This Budi is a rope to hang rakyat with if they uses it.

Before BN lost the 2018 GE 14, RON95 price was at RM2.20/L. Now genuine rakyat Malaysia with genuine MyKad IC & valid driving licence can buy RON95 at RM1.99/L.

BN won 30 seats. PAS has won their first seat in decades of trying. Both are peninsular parties. It is only PH peninsular parties that are barking but no bite with zero seats.
