JPJ eBid: APH and JYQ number plates up for bidding

JPJ has announced that APH and JYQ are the next number plate series to go up for bidding on its online auction platform, JPJ eBid.

Perak’s latest running number series is ‘APH’, and it opens for tender today, December 3. The bidding period on JPJeBid is five days, ending 10pm today, December 7. As usual, the results will be out the following day. The whole process is online now, as it has been for some time, and bidders will get the good (or bad) news via email.

Also available on JPJ eBid is the Johor series ‘JYQ’. The bidding period starts on December 5 and will close at 10pm on December 9. Results will be out the day after the auction closes.

Already JYQ, will be JYY very soon.. what happens then? No more new alphabet. Or “J **** A” like how it was with KL before stupidly reverting to “V”.. or what about a total revamp of our numero-alphabetical system…
