Now in Malaysia is the CFMoto 250SRR Lite, priced at RM9,988, excluding road tax, insurance and registration.There are three colour options available – Nebula Black, Gem Black and Zephyr Blue and very 250SR Lite comes with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing defects.
The 250SR Lite is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with DOHC and four-valves. Power is rated at 27.5 hp at 9,750 rpm with 22 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm, going to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox equipped with slipper clutch and chain final drive.
Suspension is done with a non-adjustable telescopic front fork and preload-adjustable monoshock in the rear. From the specifications sheet, suspension travel is 120 mm in front and 40 mm at the back.
For braking, the 250SR Lite gets single hydraulic discs front and back, using 292 mm diameter front disc with dual-piston caliper and a 220 mm disc with single-piston caliper in the rear. Two-channel ABS is standard equipment.
Wheel sizing is 17-inches front and rear, shod with 110/70-R17 front and 140/60-R17 rear tubeless tyres. Seat height of the 250 SR is set at 780 mm, with a listed weight of 165 kg, while 12-litres of fuel is carried in the tank.
Riding information is displayed on a digital LCD display inside the cockpit, with LED lighting throughout including headlight, taillight, turn signals and hazard lights. Riding conveniences include dual USB charging ports (Type-A and Type-C).
It is coming with features often found in more expensive bikes, such as upside-down forks and a more advanced braking system with ABS.
The 250SR Lite’s 249cc engine is powerful enough to provide a thrilling and engaging riding experience for both novice and experienced riders.

single cylinder and no USD fork is a turnoff. i think top speed is about 160kmph only.
Looks nice except for flimsy looking swing arm. Adding another RM1k or 2K to the price wouldn’t hurt the low price. Fix the swing arm pls.
