Perodua P-Go smartwatch – 1.43″ AMOLED; HR, sleep, blood pressure/O2 monitor; works as car key, RM950

Perodua P-Go smartwatch – 1.43″ AMOLED; HR, sleep, blood pressure/O2 monitor; works as car key, RM950

At today’s launch of the P-Circle super app, Perodua also unveiled a smartwatch called P-Go. Meant to complement the P-Circle app, the wearable is priced at RM950 and can be bought at Perodua dealerships.

First, the specs. The P-Go has a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with a 466 x 466 resolution. The watch case is made from a zinc alloy and the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen surface ensures toughness. Water resistance is rated at 3ATM so this ain’t no dive watch. Perodua says that the 320 mAh battery lasts up to 10 days, or between four to six days with activity tracker use.

The P-Go has all the usual smartwatch features like an activity monitor, step counter, heart rate, blood oxygen monitor, sleep tracker and even blood pressure. Sync the watch with the P-Circle app and you can view all the data on your phone.

Any car-related features, you ask. The P-Go can double up as your Perodua car keys. It’ll have the same function as your key fob for keyless entry and push start, and supported models are the Axia, Alza, Ativa and Myvi. Future models too, of course. To turn the P-Go into an extra key, you’ll need to go to a Perodua service centre to set the RF signal.

By the way, the P-Go’s hardware is from China, specifically the ZeroBeans Smartwatch, but Perodua says that the watch’s software and interface were designed in-house. A smaller size tailored for ladies will be out soon. Learn more about the new P-Circle super app that ties everything in.

Nope. Much prefer they invest on other more important stuffs like perhaps BETTER CLIMATE CONTROLS?? OR brand new in-house 4cylinders engine with hybrid option??
But oh well, the watch hardware itself come from china. That’s why the in-house development Perodua EV is too good to be true LOL

    • Why do they make an off brand watch when we could go buy whatever smartwatch we want?

The most they’ll just need to do is design a software we can install in Any of our smartwatches, this above is so pakai buang

They should just focus on making more reliable cars as they had done in the past. P2 cars today are junks that spoils easily.

  • RM950 for a China-branded watch to control my vehicle? Save it. Maybe some description about the type of security and encryption for a start.

People prefer to spend RM950 on better NVH that is almost non-existent in P2 cars. The noise is comparable to an airplane.

Rm950 and there’s no GPS tracking or speaker? Watches with same features are available for around half the price. Yes, those are Chinese watches and this P2 watch i dare bet is sourced from China too.

What happens when the watch battery runs out while you’re outside with the car key fobs left at home?

  • what nonsense is this perodua? Just focus on launching Nexis or EV or just develop apps laa so all can use.. wth is this

and they should improve the infotainment system because it so much outdated. Proton is miles ahead in this already. Look at the new saga!!!
