Japanese tuning company, DAMD has revealed a new styling package for the Mazda 2 (known as the Demio) and CX-3. As you can tell, both cars appear to get the same components, which is pretty apt considering the similarities between the two.
Up front, the LED headlamps are further assisted by additional LED strips at the bottom of the bumper lip extension, which also feature silver slats across its centre. Running down the cars’ sides, DAMD has added some skirting and replaced the stock wheels with new ones.
At the rear, a hatch-mounted spoiler is certainly a talking point with its split design. This is even before we move to the bumper region, where black/silver-painted diffuser elements can be found, accommodating the dual exhaust outlet setup on the CX-3 and the solitary one on the 2.
What do you think of the DAMD body kit for the CX-3 and 2? Too much, too little or just right? Let us know in the comments section below.

Too ugly..da spoiler just right
Seen it and pretty impressive and better than HRV. Seat a bit small for big body and women would luv it but not sure about guys. Thinking about it but never own a Mazda before and tired with Toyota and Accord.
Coming from a Toyota oriented family and my dad purchased a Mazda 2 for me . I have to say, the big difference is the driving experience i must say, compared to my friends Honda City and Vios, the suspension is much firmer, which some people say its no good. I’d say it has its ups and downs. The positive side to its stiff suspension would be cornering this car would have a minimal body roll, as well as having full 3 adults sitting at the back have no issues with ground clearance when crossing a hump. While driving wise, there’s no really in between, it’s an economy drive, or pedal to the metal kind IMO. Driving alone, even with its small 1.5 litre engine, it can hit 140 and maintain there at around 2,400 RPM which is really great for such a small car, anything beyond 150 and it starts the get shaky so I would advice against that. And lastly, the interior feels as good as a continental car in certain perspectives. My dad has a mercedes benz as well and to compare it side by side, the mazda does give a hell of a lot of soft touch finishes with leather with hard plastic kept to a minimal, added with a touch of ” Carbon Fibre ” like materials here and there. But when it comes to the details, like aluminum, ambiance lighting, that you would still have to fork out. Bottom line, if you are looking for a comfortable, spacious, and something like what a boss wants, Toyota, Honda and Nissan has what you want. But if you want a driver’s car, something that has a touch of what the continental car has to offer, Mazda would be your best bet.
Since you already tired with Toyota and Accord, now is time for you to test Mazda, the driving experience will be different. I myself owned M2 SDN Skyactiv 2015, yet very fond of LED headlamps that introduced at 2016 for M2. How sad…
Is it gonna be additional 10k if we choose this bodykit ?
Dem ugly.
quite interested in LED headlamps, too bad I already got my Mazda 2 with “sporting” body kits” at the end of 2015
