Dustin noticed that Fiscus Flows’ customers wanted to see and interact with changes Caffeine’s AI agents made to spreadsheets, slides, documents, and PDFs. He needed to enable this in an intuitive, concise interface that was easy to learn.
Solution
Syncfusion® gave Dustin a powerful way to satisfy his customers’ needs. Using the Syncfusion® React library, he built frontend versions for a spreadsheet viewer, a document viewer, and a PDF viewer.
He also used the Syncfusion® C# for .NET library to extract data from PowerPoint files, PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, and similar formats and convert that data into the DOM Syncfusion® provides.
Results
Syncfusion® gave Ficus Flows the flexibility to provide data contextually over its AI agents so that low-level changes could be made to files, leading to substantial time savings.
But sparing time, fleeting and fragile, from the chasm’s gape wasn’t the only benefit. Ficus Flows was also able to build a highly scalable product that went two ways, horizontally and vertically, in a manner prohibited by other, stauncher libraries—a testament to the feature depth of Syncfusion® offerings.
The team at Ficus Flow engineered their entire product around the features they found in the robust architecture of Syncfusion®. This led them to rebrand their product and change its focus, all for a cost much lower than they expected.
