DevOps complements Agile software development with many aspects adopted from the Agile methodology. There is no universal definition for the term "DevOps." The word “DevOps” comes from software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops). This is a cultural adoption to shorten the development cycle, providing continuous delivery of high-quality software. It is mainly characterized by principles of shared ownership, workflow automation, and rapid feedback. - ChatOps: Chatbot systems aim to answer all questions, but they forward them to human operators in call centers if they can't. To provide a global chatbot and call center, building an effective chatbot infrastructure is required. ChatOps is a new industry that focuses on providing best practices and solutions for delivering chatbot infrastructure.
