“Pam Thomas is one of the few people I know who is always smiling. It's not that she isn't a realist. She truly does see the world for how it is these days, and yet she manages to find a reason to smile anyway, and she finds a way to make you smile, too. You want her on your team and in your corner because her enthusiasm is simply contagious. That is one of her many gifts. Soon after I hired Pam as an account development executive for my team in 2012, I recognized her talent for easily developing personal and meaningful relationships with her clients, who invariably viewed her as a trusted adviser dedicated to the highest levels of customer service. I relied on her as a source of knowledge and efficiency on my team, and she consistently deployed her easy-manner to discover new business opportunities, all while genuinely hearing what her clients needed and wanted and responding accordingly. A creative and compelling storyteller, I saw Pam command audiences, including many comprised of new hires in the midst of rigorous orientation programs. Those groups invariably came to life as she spoke to them. She used relatable but memorable examples that told a story and spoke to her audience in a way that meant something to them – so much so that I once actually heard a seasoned professional in a learning session she hosted exclaim, “My God it’s so easy!” after Pam showed him how an often overlooked and underutilized tool in our product could actually help his workflow. Clearly, she inspires confidence and makes an impression. If Pam's a preacher then those lucky enough to know her are all converts. She is a consummate people person with her own special brand of magic; she brings enthusiasm and a winning attitude wherever she goes. It was a pleasure to work with her. ”
