Installation problem

I am trying to download warcraft 3 to my computer and I keep getting this

The file "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III.temp\Maps.temp" could not be renamed to "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III.temp\Maps". (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/1)

Any suggestions?

Right click the Warcraft III folder in Program Files, go to properties, uncheck read-only.

Thanks for the help. I looked all over the internet and couldn't find a way to fix it. I'm guessing that was a noob problem.
