Ever wondered that there is a secret place in Android where you can view all your phone logs or phone usage history even after it’s been swiped from Recents screen.
Here’s a story for you, Imagine you gave your phone to a friend to show some pictures. He returns your phone after some time and now you doubt whether he opened WhatsApp or any other app without your permission. You cannot see that in Recents screen as the app has been swiped/cleared.
Well, there’s a workaround to view complete phone app history from dialer app itself. Basically, it’s a Settings activity which gets triggered from Dialer only.
How to View Phone Usage Statistics (Android)
- Go to Phone Dialer app.
- Dial *#*#4636#*#*
- As soon as you tap on the last *, You’ll land on Phone Testing activity. Take a note that you don’t have to actually place a call or dial this number.
- From there, go to Usage Statistics.
- Click on Usage Time, Select “Last time used”.
Note: Some users have reported that this code doesn’t work on their device.
