The normal way of registering a DLL is to run c:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe from a command prompt. Normally, DLL registration needs to be done from an elevated command prompt as an admin. You may have to virtualise by capture and then clean up your virtual package to remove spurious entries.

Hi EdT, Thanks for the reply. I ended up calling Support and it's a bug. I have a workaround (opening Windows Media Player first, then opening the file), and the issue with the backup software isn't so much an issue as an annoyance (it doesn't affect the functionality of the software). So hopefully it'll get resolved soon.

Hi, After uninstalling Streaming Agent and Virtualization Admin i was not able to delete some remnants from FSLRDR because it requires permissions from SYSTEM (I have full admin rights). If you have Provisioned the Application to a User Group, you can Remove the Package from the Client by going to: Manage User Group, Enter User Group name, User Group Provisions Settings. Here you have the option to "Uninstall Application on Expiry". Which will remove the package on the client machine if and when you set it to Expire.

Provide an easier, more automated way to Enable packages on FE's when moving to/from, or adding to Server Groups; instead of having to manually Enable each package and package version separately. Suggest you create a different interface and have an ENABLE ALL, or ENABLE SELECTED feature, where you can checkbox select just the package and package versions you want Enabled.
