In the case of reports issued no more than ten years previously, clients can request a duplicate. Duplicates quote the information contained in the original report. Duplicates take no account of new insights gained between the original’s date of issue and that of the duplicate. Persons requiring a duplicate are urged to ensure they have written authorisation from the owner of the item or from the initial client.
