We never reveal the identity of our clients, or the items they submit to us for testing, to any external party. Even our sister companies within Gubelin Group are considered external parties and do not receive any information about our clients or their items. Literally, the door of the laboratory remains closed to all members of the Gubelin Group other than the staff of the Gubelin Gem Lab itself.
