I'm in the USA, on ethernet, tried restarting game & laptop. Drivers were already updated before this happened, but I double-checked them.

Edit:I also tried the steam files verification system each time I got this error (3x so far) but it didn't help. I can't get to the in-game repair tool, the error pops up and closes the game

If you still can access the login screen, look for the tools icon on the upper right, that would scan for corrupted files and redownload them.

If not, right click the game on Steam, click Properties, and look for a button that says verify files integrity.

Thanks! I tried the steam files verification system each time I got this error (3x so far) but it didn't help. I can't get to the ingame repair tool that you mentioned, the error pops up and closes the game. I'll edit the OP to include tho, ty!

It's not an universal issue, so likely not. The steam version is rather broken though if that's what you're using, so maybe this is also an issue that is simply solved by using a different version of the game, like the one you can download at the main Infinity Nikki site. I haven't been able to use the steam version myself since 1.6. Just a suggestion that might be worth trying if you guys have nothing else to try.

You're right, I just reinstalled the whole game from scratch and it works now perfectly. I guess the Game was corrupted.

I saw complaints and tickets about it on the official discord, including ps5, mobile, and Epic. There are some that state using Infold's launcher, but they are older.
Not using steam is an option, but I mean there's reasons why we use/want to use this version lol

Ya that's the only fix I've found for it, it's just annoying because this is the third time I've had to uninstall/reinstall, its eats up a good bit of my data cap.
