Will Tide of Tears outfit rerun again?
I wasn't able to complete the full outfit before the time is running out so hoping they will do a rerun.

It's possible, but when it will happen is very much unknown. Version 1.6 (the previous patch - June 2025) was the first time there was a rerun banner for December 2024 outfits.

It's a gacha so for sure every banner will return eventually. It can take some time though, especially when the game is relatively new so they have a lot of ideas and plans for now.
