can we fix match making?

Please!!!! Im playing with people jumping off the maps and shooting walls. I usual climb rank solo and get to plat but now i am stuck in silver playing with a cloak and dagger ulting into a wall and dps that cant kill iron man. IM TIRED OF IT GRANDPA

They use EOMM so it is working exactly as intended. It isn't fun and it makes the game very frustrating if you want to play ranked, but this is what the devs decided. I wish we'd get SBMM but it is a slim hope at this point.
