Thats why I dont play past Gold , its just not worth it. People who only know how to play 2 heroes, people who won't swap, people who dont know how to deal with very simple things like a "problematic" squirrel girl on the enemy team. Ranked rewards them for being bad and making every mistake, then its up to me and the other 2 competent people on the team to pick up their slack or lose points with them.
Even playing with friends in a stack isn't much better because im just carrying people into ranks they dont belong in.
