Well, they certainly don't do it on purpose. This is their brainchild and they earn money. I think that leaving bots until the grandmaster was a huge mistake, loss of interest, loss of online. And the game is also niche, the mecha genre still remains niche

Then split between casual/ranked in each mode.

Then in ranked mode, split between like 12 different ranks.

In 2 months, you'll never play with another living person at this rate.
