fan of bravely default series and classic final fantasy. didn't really vibe with octopath 1. no meaningful character interactions and the stories were very by the numbers at least up to what I played through. thought hey octopath 2 is on sale might as well play the demo to see if it improved the parts I didn't like in octopath 1. time limit demo encouraging skipping every cutscene so I can carry over my save data of having skipped every cutscene.

idk. anyone here really like OT2 that thought OT was middling to bad and can say what they beleive greatly improved it? i'm certainly not getting any info from the demo.
