Why dosent he just remember the phone guys advice and keep doing what was working? Like bro you’re a Big Shot, how did he not remember what phone guy told him to do and kept doing that???

Just like Tenna at the end of CH3, he went insane after he faded into irrelevancy, no longer performing his one and only job (which was sending spam mail - Noelle was the only one reading his emails after all).

new and unknown situations constantly arise

if the phone guy was only helping for a few weeks/months i can understand spamtom failing soon as he leaves
