Im not certain on the specifics, but I did two playthroughs yesterday, one of which got Stays. The difference for me was I went through the game as quick as possible, ignored all side items, kept the cigarettes in the item box instead of leaving them in the house & during the quiz chose "im a bad person" for as many questions as possible.

Not sure what exactly triggers the ending, but these were the changes I did to obtain it !

The leaves+ however im not sure. Maybe its tied to an outfit? Hoping to have someone clarify if they've got it.

I also ran through the game and didn't collect the photographs and got the "Stays" ending. Not sure where the cigarettes are used. I'm assuming the leaves+ ending is for getting all three photographs and/or collecting all of the notes. I could make an achievement guide, but I need to find the last possum and the third photo.

Leaves+ is just for putting all three photographs in the frame before defeating the final boss. There's one each in the neighborhood, forest and clock tower. The clock tower one is easy to miss. It's in the subway.

Awesome, thanks! Wheres the photo in the Wilderness? I know the neighbourhood one is behind Sams house, the Subway one was narrowed down enough that I'm sure I'll find it. Just need the last one for that ending!

When you drain the water and go underground, there will be a console left of the save area that prompts you to press buttons. It's the same combination as the console near the generator where you got the blood pumping to the heart (behind the fence). Just take a screenshot and enter it in there.

I put a full guide up with screenshots explaining how to get the endings.

Putting the third in a room you can't go back into and don't have the opportunity to explore without danger was harsh.
