Mixtiles

I would love a better user experience on this app. I could not control crop/zoom as easily I could on other apps. The payment puece was another huge drag (none of their discounts actually work. You will get the same value but you will find a struck-out value saying that's what the original value should have been. Bad marketing shtick. Also would not take google pay even though the option says google pay). I wanted to create a photobook too but now, I am already searching for other option.

Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

I absolutely LOVE Mixtiles. So easy to use with no mess. Customer service is always so fast to reply to any questions I may have. For example, I'm about to move and didn't know how I could move my Mixtiles without them getting messed up, I was informed that by putting wax paper in between them would help move them easily without them getting damaged. Who's got time to hang a picture when you can just simply stick it on the wall? I'm hooked.
