[Feature]: Add info on model and limits #56

Feature Description
- Show the amount of requests included for the model based on the numbers of premium requests included per month, based on the used Copilot plan. See the amount of requests included per plan here. Also show the multiplier for that model based on the information in the docs here
- Currently the GPT-4o and GPT-4.1 are the default models, so all values that look like it should be grouped (keep the subgroup visible) as "Default" :
