At its core, the ERCIM Fellowship Program is designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration across a wide range of disciplines. I came from academic background, and I wanted to solve industrial problems. Thanks to ERCIM fellowship that helped to acquire applied research skills to solve industrial problems. It also helped to polish my research skills and grow my research career.
