This mobile app perfectly complements our web application, allowing you to upload documents (PDF, Word, Excel, and images are supported), configure signature and data collection form fields in them, and then send those documents for filling and signing. The form-field editor provides a best-in-class experience, empowering you to configure even the most complex documents on mobile devices.
It has a user-friendly interface designed for simplicity and ease of use, making it easy to integrate into your signing workflows, even for first-time users. Instead of just scaling the interface across different devices, we have developed custom layouts optimized specifically for both mobile and tablet views, ensuring a smooth experience on any screen size.

Users can log in with the same account on both the web app and the mobile app. Data is synced instantly, as both apps utilize BoldSign® eSignature REST APIs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Getting started with the BoldSign® mobile app
Get started quickly with the BoldSign® mobile app by following these steps:
Install the BoldSign® mobile app from Google Play
- Open this link on your Android device to directly navigate to the BoldSign® mobile app listing on Google Play. Otherwise, open the Play Store app on your device and search for BoldSign®.
- Install the BoldSign® app on your device and open it.

Logging in to your account
- Once you open the BoldSign® mobile app, you’ll be prompted to log in. If you already have a BoldSign® account, you can just enter your credentials by tapping Login. If you are new to BoldSign®, you can create an account by tapping the Create account link.

You can log in by entering the email address and password associated with your BoldSign® account, or by using the Google, Microsoft, or Apple sign-in options.

Understanding the UI
As mentioned, the BoldSign® mobile app is designed with a straightforward and user-friendly UI. To enhance usability, we have implemented distinct layouts for mobile and tablet views, rather than just scaling the interface across different devices. This ensures an optimized experience on any screen size.



Once you log in, the dashboard will be displayed. It shows the following:
- The document counts under various statuses (i.e. waiting for me, waiting for others, needs attention, and recently revoked, declined, and completed) are shown as cards. Tap any card to view the corresponding documents.
- Below the cards, you’ll see the number of documents sent this month and the total number of documents sent from your account.
- If you have applied any filters, they will also be displayed on the dashboard for quick access.
- From the dashboard, you can easily navigate to other sections of the app, such as Documents, Templates, and Profile, through the navigation drawer on the left side of the screen. If the navigation drawer is not open, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner of the screen.
- To create a new document for signing, tap Create New located at the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.
