Now, BoldSign allows account administrators to customize how the electronic signature disclosure is presented to signers. This feature is accessible through the Business Profile settings and provides administrators with three options to manage the consent dialog:
- Do Not Display: The consent dialog is not shown to any signers, simplifying the signing process.
- Display to All Signers: All signers are required to read and accept the disclosure terms before they can proceed, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Display to External Signers Only: The consent dialog is shown only to signers from outside the organization, making the process faster for internal users while ensuring compliance for external parties.

Enhanced audit trail with signer’s consent status
The audit trail has been enhanced to include the signer’s consent status. If consent to the disclosure was requested, the audit trail will display an Accepted status with a precise time stamp for when the consent was given.

Previously, users had to send individual reminders for each incomplete bulk send document separately.
Now, BoldSign has a new reminder option for each in-progress bulk send. This feature allows senders to send reminders to all pending recipients within a specific bulk send at once, significantly speeding up the process and reducing effort.
