Prerequisites

Your BoldSign account can be either a paid subscription or a free sandbox account. Create a Zap
On the BoldSign Zapier integration page, a Zap template is available for this scenario to simplify the setup process. Follow these steps to create a Zap that connects the BoldSign and Dropbox apps using the Zap template:
In the App & event section, the trigger app is preset as BoldSign, and the trigger event is Document Completed by default.
Go to the Upload newly signed BoldSign documents to Dropbox page and click Try this template
Upload Signed Documents to Dropbox Template Page In the App & event section, the trigger app is preset as BoldSign, and the trigger event is Document Completed by default.
Trigger Section in Zap Creation In the Account section, and then test the trigger in the Test section. Once the trigger is successfully tested, the recently completed document will be displayed.
In the next trigger section, Upload File in Dropbox, the App & event section will be preset with Dropbox as the action app and Upload File as the action event. Connect your Dropbox account in the Account section.
In the Account section, specify the folder where you want to upload the newly signed documents in the Folder field and fill in any other necessary fields.
Trigger Section in Zap Creation Test the action in the Test section to ensure its functionality. The recently completed document in BoldSign will be automatically uploaded to Dropbox.
Verify all the details and click Publish to publish the Zap. The created Zap will be displayed on the Zaps page in Zapier.
The automation to upload signed documents to Dropbox has been successfully implemented. From now on, every time a BoldSign document is completed, it will be automatically uploaded to Dropbox. The following screenshot displays the successfully uploaded document in Dropbox.
