Dear EA Team, My EA Account email: [edit: email address removed] Issue:When I was trying to purchase the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, I accidentally bought Battlefield 4 Premium Membership instead. I would like to request a refund, but no order information appears on the refund page. Order ID : 1005274657807 I tried to resolve the issue through the new EA website, but the refund page shows no DLC order. I then purchased the base game first and tried to refund the DLC, yet only the base game was refunded. The on-site chat never opened for technical reasons, and the online form wouldn’t submit either. When I attempted to email, I was told the address is unsupported, and no customer-service phone number is provided. Please refund the DLC so I can purchase the Premium Edition that includes both the base game and all DLC. Also, please correct the Chinese product names in the EA client—Premium Edition and Premium Membership are almost identical and easily confused. I can provide any further proof, if needed. Cant Update Punkbuster. Getting error #0111
Out of nowhere I am getting booted from servers for a punkbuster error. Everything was fine yesterday. I have tried making exceptions in windows firewall, restarting the services, and uninstalling PB. Now when I try to reinstall PB and add BF4 for updates I get the following error Error #0111: ERROR: Could not convert C:\users\NAME\AppData\local\Temp\pbs9321.tmp to D:\Origin games\Battlefield 4\pb\dll\vc002351.d64 Now I cant get into any games. What do I do?

Hello hope everyone is well, So I recently installed Battlefield 3 from Steam and started playing the game and everything was normal up until multiplayer, I was suddenly kicked by punkbuster. And so I installed the PB setup and tried to update it but I always get the #0111 error. And I tried to search for answers but to no avail. Can someone instruct me on how I can fix it?Cant get banner to show up after setting it and join my own server ps5
Basically the title. I cannot get my banner to show up after doing the correct image requirements aswell as changing it to a different photo twice. Then i cant even join my own server but i can join others fine. Im on ps5. Sucks hate to say i wasted money :/ bought it today like an hour ago. Says server connection lost or something. Any help please?... :(Battlefield 1 multiplayer progress reset PS4 + PS5
I've seen this from a few years back now, but nothings working. I've just jumped back on BF1, in anticipation for BF6 coming, and I've noticed all my multiplayer progress is gone. I'm back at level 1 with no weapons unlocked or any other gear there. I sunk hours into this on release and years after, any way of getting it back? Ive played a couple of matches, reset the console, and updated licences. No luck.
Subject: Battlefield 4 - Severe Mouse Input Issues with Aircraft Controls
I am experiencing a significant issue with the aircraft controls in Battlefield 4 on PC. Specifically, when I attempt to steer jets or helicopters using my mouse, the response is extremely slow and unresponsive. Even with maximum sensitivity settings, both in-game and on my mouse, I have to move my mouse across the entire pad multiple times to achieve a basic turn. This issue persists regardless of in-game sensitivity settings or DPI adjustments. To clarify, I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Enabled and ensured that Raw Mouse Input is active. Adjusted Vehicle Mouse Sensitivity to maximum. Disabled Mouse Acceleration in Windows. Reset in-game settings to default multiple times. Despite these efforts, the problem remains unresolved. It is worth noting that my friend, who uses the same in-game settings, does not experience this issue. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If additional information or diagnostics are required, I am happy to provide them.
Battlefield™ Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock doesn't work.
On two of my accounts, I bought Battlefield™ Hardline Ultimate Shortcut Unlock DLC. However, they didn't unlock the weapons it supposed to unlock for me. I mean if devs could help unlock those things, I would be OK, otherwise, maybe help me get a refund.BF3 download issues
hi, im starting this thread because ea support chats couldnt help me. i own battlefield 3 since 2011 with premium and all dlc. its in my ea app library and i have the original cd key serial numbers. but when i try to download i face 2 problems. 1- the game only shows only russian language option. 2- the game doesnt download and says "you dont own the game" can someone please help? i paid for this game long time ago and i have more than 100 hs played in pc and 300 hs in ps3. thanks in advance and sorry for my english.
Hardline Multiplayer cant access
Playing on xbox series x. everytime i select multiplayer it says CONNECTION you have been disconnected from xbox live. Cant access the store, premium or Multiplayer, get the same prompt.. BUT I logged into my buddies account on my xbox and it worked just fine zero issues.
Can’t join BF3 multiplayer servers – session stuck after disconnect
Hello, I’ve been unable to join any Battlefield 3 multiplayer servers for several days now. This started after a sudden disconnect during a match. Since then, I always get stuck at "Joining Server" and then returned to the browser with an error. I’ve tried every possible fix including: – Resetting network (flushdns, winsock, TCP/IP) – Deleting .dlf license files – Clearing BF3 config files from Documents – Reinstalling EA App and BF3 – Running everything as admin – Using Firefox instead of Chrome – Even clean reinstalling Windows But nothing worked. The strange part: Battlelog still shows my account as “in-game” when I’m not, which seems like a stuck session or broken token on EA’s side. I’ve contacted EA Support and was told this will be reported as a bug. If anyone has had the same issue, please upvote or share your experience here. Thanks.
BF4 Punkbuster Error 0104
Hey. I haven't played BF4 for over a decade and decided to redownload it for PC. I am not a very techy person but this is driving me crazy. I am constantly getting this error when trying to add Battlefield 4. I have tried reinstalling multiple times, allowing it through my firewall, etc. Any tips :(?
Battlefield 1 Multiplayer stat save issue after 2 crash
Hello Everyone Ive been having an issue with Bf1 after my PC crashed twice long time ago and it seem to have messed up my cloud save. Both times I noticed my campaign progress and other data were wiped but I didn’t think much of it back then and just continued playing until recently i noticed that my stats are just kind of mess up On the soldier menu it shows Win Rate 56 Score/min 847 Kills/min 0.86 BUT on the career page it says Score/min 524 Kills/min 0.57 Playtime 200/199 h Total Kills 10302/10285 But on my steam profile i have 421.6h total play times. So is there any way to resync my stats properly or get them restored? ThanksCan anyone here help me with the refund issue?
I mistakenly purchased Battlefield 4 Premium Edition and need to get a refund for the order, as it does not include the base game of Battlefield 4. After submitting the appeal, I cannot find the appeal letter in "My Cases". I submitted my appeal, and it showed that the submission was successful, pending a reply. However, I cannot find the appeal I submitted in "My Cases", nor have I received a reply.
