Resolved - Between 'July 28th 3:00 AM PST, 2025' and 'July 28th 8:30 AM PST, 2025', there was an issue where email deliveries were delayed where some mails that should have been delivered immediately, were finally delivered a few hours ago. A delay of approximately 5 hours could have been seen.

Our engineering team identified that this incident only impacted a small number of emails. Root cause has been already mitigated and no new reports have been confirmed.

While it impacted mail send temporarily, no new reports have occurred and we are certain the emails are now being delivered as expected.

Customers may have experienced errors via the API and the UI when trying to create, modify, or delete Domain Authentication and Link Branding settings on their accounts. This incident did not impact mail send. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.
